The company’s cloud product serves millions of customers, from startups to enterprises, in more than 190 countries and powers the developers who are building the next generation of global industry leaders. The product runs a globally distributed environment, operating at massive levels of scale.
The Identity team is looking for a Software Development Manager with a passion for building highly reliable and low latency services for use by all Company’s Services and customers to manage their resources. We are embarking on projects to create new systems to streamline the service integration with Identity services, and it’s a great time to join and help shape and deliver on this strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, other related fields, or equivalent experience
· Proven skills designing and developing simple solutions to complex problems
· 10+ years of professional software development experience
· 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
· Good understanding of platforms and technologies with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
· 3+ years of experience working with engineering teams to deliver software requiring coordination between multiple teams in disperse functional groups
· You have a track record of delivering technical programs, projects, and products in a highly technical multi-team environment
· Excellent written, spoken, and listening communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields
· Experience in working backwards from the customer and delivering innovative and simple solutions
· You have a clear understanding of cloud computing services and deployment architecture
· Excellent technical, problem-solving and partnering skills
· Creative leader with superior analytical abilities
· Cross-team coordination skills
· Proven ability to concisely communicate with an executive audience in both written and verbal communications
· Meets/exceeds the Company’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds the Company’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
